ARE THERE SUBSIDIES AVAILABLE FOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY?
Subsidies are available via a number of funding bodies including; NDIS, Medicare, FaCSHIA (Better Start/ HCWA), DHHS and through your private health cover.
Please contact Integrated OT or your funding provider to discuss specific costs and available rebates.

DO I NEED A REFERRAL?
No, you can simply make a booking. You do not need a referral from your doctor to see an occupational therapist as a client.
If you wish to complete a referral, click here for a referral form to complete and send back to admin@integratedot.com.au.
Please note, some funding bodies require specific referral forms to be completed, normally by your GP or hospital.
Don't hesitate to contact Integrated OT directly if you wish to discuss your referral.

HOW LONG DOES AN APPOINTMENT TAKE?
On average, an initial assessment will take 1.5 hours, depending on the complexity of the issues experienced, please allow 2 hours.

HOW LONG IS THE WAITING TIME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
Generally client assessments are scheduled within 2-4 weeks of referral. Integrated OT aims to see new clients in a timely manner.

WHAT TIME OF DAY CAN APPOINTMENTS TAKE PLACE?
Our therapists work Monday- Friday, with the earliest appointment availability being 9am and the latest appointment being 4pm.

IS INTEGRATED OT A REGISTERED NDIS PROVIDER?
Yes, we provide services under Early Childhood Intervention Services, Improved Daily Living and Improved Relationships.
