One in the North and one in the West – both for Occupational Therapists.
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our fun, friendly and hardworking team at Integrated OT.

Why do we have to do a video application?
One of our core values is innovation. We want to see that you are ready for that train of thinking and one of the ways that we innovate is using video recording to work within our team and with clients.
In your video, we want to hear about you – the thing that makes you want to work with us and your ‘why’ for being an OT. It will give us a glimpse of you as a person and how you might fit into our team – you will see lots of examples of how we use video on our Facebook page and a perfect video is definitely not the expectation!
How long does the video application need to be?
Not a life story; but be you.
5 minutes max would be plenty, but just enough to get a small glimpse of you as a person.
When will the role commence?
This is flexible – we are open currently, seeing clients in a mixture of online and face to face appointments. The timing is definitely awkward right now, but that hasn’t stopped us before. It’s something we can work out together.
Where is the role based?
Typically, each role is based out of the closest office – in the North, the office is our Bundoora Clinic and in the West, the office is our Werribee Clinic. You will also see clients out in the community around this area – specific locations of clients vary depending on where they live and travel to clients around these areas is a large component of the work. Right now – 90% of the work is based from home and completed via zoom. Not sure when that will change or even if we want to go back to the ‘old normal’. Again, something we will work out over time.
Do I need my own car to see clients?
Yes – we compensate you for the travel, but you will need your own reliable vehicle.
Aren’t Werribee and Bundoora ‘hot spots’ for Coronavirus?
Yep – seems to be the case. No time like a pandemic to welcome new team members aboard! We are doing all the things to keep our team and clients safe – fingers crossed you get to visit our actual office some time soon!
Is Integrated OT a great place to work?
No – terrible.
But seriously, we have fun. We work with great clients. And we support each other. We have some really cool programs and are always coming up with new ideas to do things different which is pretty unique and keeps it interesting. So yes, we think it’s a great place to work!
